How do you assure the quality of your cakes?

I only use accessories and components from reputable bake shops that guarantee the best available quality. Only the freshest ingredients are used in my cakes. My customers and students can be assured that all cakes, cupcakes, cookies and pastries are preservative free, halal, and made fresh for immediate consumption.
